DESCRIPTION:Neta Zalar from the Ljubljana Pride Association will attend the USN Sardinia Queer Film Expo this November as a jury member. The festival\, taking place from November 5th to 11th in Cagliari\, Sardinia\, is dedicated to showcasing lesbian\, gay\, bisexual\, trans\, queer\, intersex\, and asexual-themed films\, both short and feature-length. Organized by the ARC LGBTQIA+ Cultural and Volunteer Association of Cagliari and the ARCinema Film Circle\, the event seeks to raise awareness about sexual orientation and gender identity issues through the universal language of cinema. By highlighting diverse productions and fostering cultural exchange\, the festival aims to promote equal civil rights and offer the public a platform to engage in meaningful discussions about these vital topics.

DESCRIPTION:Members and peer educators from Ljubljana Pride will attend a trainig in North Macedonia in November on the topic of sex education. In collaboration with Loesje Berlin and Loesje Bitola\, we will address topics such as safe sex\, consent\, communication and many more. The aim of the training is to bring the newfound knowledge back and address it with our LGBTIQ+ youth in the form of trainings and workshops. With this we wish to spread awareness on this important topic.

SUMMARY:Precarious Paths: Navigating Work and Knowing Your Rights in Slovenia
DESCRIPTION:In the workshop\, we will take you through your rights as an employee\, discuss what precarious work is\, how to identify it and how to navigate the workforce\, student work\, where to find work and how to protect yourself from precarious work conditions. We will also work on the topics of writing a CV\, preparing for an interview\, being self-employed and many more\, depending on the needs of the users. The workshop will happen multiple times through the year 2025 aswell.
