These trainings and workshops have been carried out by the 9 members of our pool of trainers. This year, you can become one of them!<\/p>\n<p>Interested? Continue reading!<\/p>\n<p>We are inviting everyone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identifies as LGBTIQ+<\/li>\n<li>has previous experience with managing group processes, non-formal education, and\/or other pedagogical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>is motivated to learn and develop their training competencies<\/li>\n<li>is looking for long-term cooperation<\/li>\n<li>their values align with the values of the Ljubljana Pride Association<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It\u2019s a plus if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you work with (LGBTIQ+) NGOs<\/li>\n<li>you have previously attended an international event based on non-formal education (seminars, trainings, exchanges, study visits \u2026)<\/li>\n<li>you can comfortably use English to present a topic in front of a group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What do we expect from a potential trainer?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>attendance at the introductory training<\/li>\n<li>attendance at monthly trainers\u2019 meetings (Monday afternoons)<\/li>\n<li>availability to implement the organization\u2019s training projects<\/li>\n<li>attendance at other projects, preparation and evaluation meetings<\/li>\n<li>motivation for personal and professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What do we offer?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an introductory training on November 17th 2018 in Ljubljana<\/li>\n<li>a cooperation agreement that defines the trainer\u2019s and the organization\u2019s rights and responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>if need be, return of travel fees for mandatory activities (meetings, trainings \u2026)<\/li>\n<li>payment according to the organization\u2019s tariffs (50 \u20ac net for the implementation of a shorter workshop \u2013 up to two hours, 100 \u20ac net for a full training day; preparations paid on a case-by-case basis)<\/li>\n<li>an opportunity to attend national or international trainings (fees and travel costs covered)<\/li>\n<li>monthly workshops and trainings for the team, mentoring, job shadowing<\/li>\n<li>an opportunity to work outside the organization\u2019s activities<\/li>\n<li>working with a team of experienced and motivated trainers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to apply?<\/p>\n<h3>Send your CV and a motivational letter (in which you present your personal values and how they align with the values of the Ljubljana Pride Association, and your motivation to become a trainer in our organization) to <a href=\"mailto:trenerke.ji@gmail.com\">trenerke.ji@gmail.com<\/a> before November 3rd 2018. The results of the selection will be known on November 11th. On Saturday, November 17th, there will be a whole-day training for trainers with mandatory attendance for the selected trainers.<\/h3>\n<p>The procedure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>after successfully applying you will be invited to the training for trainers<\/li>\n<li>after the training, you make a decision together with the organization if you wish to continue the cooperation<\/li>\n<li>if you are accepted to the pool of trainers, you sign the cooperation agreement<\/li>\n<li>yaaay, now off to work! \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join Ljubljana Pride&#8217;s pool of trainers!
