In this event we will explore the history of Eurovision and how it has become a show that showcases queer people all around Europe and represents them within the mainstream! \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udff3\ufe0f\u200d\ud83c\udf08
\nWe will discuss transformative acts such as Conchita Wurst\u2019s rise, Sestre challenging acceptance in Slovenia, Marija \u0160erifovi\u0107\u2019s groundbreaking victory, Krista Siegfrieds advocating for equal marriage in Finland and Israel\u2019s strategic Pinkwashing.
\nEurovision is a colossal cultural diplomacy tool on many levels, so it\u2019s time to recognize its enduring impact on shaping a more tolerant and diverse European cultural landscape. \ud83c\udf08\u2728<\/p>\n
This event is for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned fan or just curious about it. Join us on Thursday, 18. 1., in Legebitra\u2019s Youth Center. We will be there between 5 and 7pm.<\/p>\n
