Since 2012, I have been using informal education methodology in my work. I create, implement and evaluate various workshops and trainings for the LGBTIQ+ community, young people belonging to other marginalised groups and people working with young people. I gained various knowledge by participating in and organising various activities that mobilise young people and change in society. I am a member of the pool of trainers of the National Youth Council of Slovenia.
Fields and topics that I have mostly been focused on are:
- inclusion of marginalised groups,
- hate speech and systems of oppression,
- mentoring and coordination of youth (groups),
- bullying,
- promotion of volunteering and solidarity.
